BLM LLP is an insurance and dispute resolution law firm based in the United Kingdom and Ireland, which merged with HBM Sayers in May 2014. BLM has approximately 1,550 employees, including 170 partners, and 630 lawyers and technical experts.

In 1997, BLM was formed by the merger of Berrymans and Lace Mawer. The company’s origins can be traced back to the 18th century, when Joshua Lace established a law firm in Liverpool.
