SIMPO is a Serbian home furnishing manufacturer and retailer, headquartered in Vranje. The company was founded in 1963 as Sima Pogačarević furniture factory.
In the first 4 years, the development of SIMPO was very unsuccessful. Until 1967, Dragan Tomic was appointed as the new CEO. He began to reorganize the company, the company began to grow, and has 370 employees. It became one of the most successful companies in Yugoslavia.
In 2013, SIMPO’s revenue was 57.21 million Euros, net profit was -4,096 million Euros, and total assets were 20.778 million Euros. In 2013, there were 4,413 employees.
