Mobias Banca is a Moldovan bank headquartered in Chişinău and it is one of the subsidiaries of Société Générale. Ridha Tekaia is the chairman and chief executive officer of MobiasBanca’s management committee, with a total of 729 employees in 2015.

2008 – the company name was changed to CB “Mobiasbanca – Groupe Société Générale” SA
2008 – became a major member of MasterCard
2011 – launched the Simlu Finance project
2012 – launched a new call center
2012 – launched MobiasInfo SMS Service
2012 – Launch of MasterCard security code – Guaranteed payment via the Internet
2014 – Opening of new training center and branch school
In 2015, MobiasBanca had revenue of 600 million lei, operating income of 300 million lei, net income of 230 million lei, total assets of 7.036 billion lei, and total equity of 1.187 billion lei.
