Boone Tavern is a restaurant, hotel and guesthouse belonging to Berea College in Berea, Madison County, Kentucky. It is a member of the American Historical Hotel Association.
The Boone Tavern was designed by the New York construction company Cady & See and built in 1907 at a construction cost of $20,000.
In 2008, the college underwent a large-scale refurbishment project for the Boone Tavern at an estimated cost of 9.6 million U.S. dollars. The purpose was to transform it into the first LEED-certified hotel in Kentucky while preserving its historical characteristics.
