Windows Live Personalized Experience (Windows Live Personalized Experience) is a customizable service portal launched by Microsoft in early November 2005. It is also the first service launched by Windows Live. It is also known as My.Live.com and was formerly known as Live .com.

Live.com allows users to add RSS news sources. It can also build a Microsoft Start.com experimental page, Live.com can use various small tools and small applications to customize services (such as: mail reader, weather report, slide show, search, games, etc.). It integrates some other gadget services of Windows Live, including: Hotmail, Instant Search and Favorites. Users can create multiple website tabs and add different custom aggregated content, gadgets, layouts and color schemes, making it similar to iGoogle and Pageflakes.

On December 14, 2004, Live.com, formerly Start.com, began internal testing. On February 5, 2005, the first version of the website http://www.start.com/1 was launched. On March 10, the second version of the website http://www.start.com/2 was launched. On June 3, the third version of the website http://www.start.com/3 was launched. On September 1, they released http://www.start.com/. On September 13, the developer website went live.

Previously, the Live.com domain name was owned by the streaming media network software manufacturer Live Networks. On November 1, 2005, Microsoft Live.com was launched based on the Windows Live brand and various improved features. On November 8, the website supports Firefox.
