Charmin is the brand name of toilet paper produced by Procter & Gamble. The brand was created in 1928 by Hoberg Paper Company in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In 1950, Hoberg changed its name to Charmin Paper Company and continued to produce toilet paper, napkins and other paper products.
In 1957, Procter & Gamble acquired Charmin Paper Company. In 2008, SCA had the right to sell the brand in the European market. One of its advertising campaigns lasted more than 20 years. The
