Anheuser-Busch is an American brewing company and it is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev). The company operates 13 breweries in the United States. Until December 2009, it was also one of the largest theme park operators. It operated 10 theme parks through the company’s family entertainment division, Busch Entertainment. Its headquarters is located in St. Louis, Missouri, which is also the headquarters of AB InBev North America.

In 1852, the German-American beer and car operator George Schneider South St. Louis was on Carondelet Avenue (later called South Broadway) between Dorcas and Lynch Streets between South St. Louis Dorga and Lynch Streets. (Called South Broadway) established the Bavarian Brewery.

In 1856, Schneider’s brewery established a new brewery in nearby Eighth and Crittenden streets, but in the late 1850s, due to financial problems the following year, it was forced to sell various beer businesses. In 1860, it was acquired by William D’Oench . From 1860 to 1875, the brewery was called E. Anheuser & Co.. From 1875 to 1879, the brewery was called the Anheuser-Busch Brewing Professional Association.

Anheuser-Busch’s distributed or multinational brands, including Raffles and Hoegaarden, while the local brands produced by the company include: Bast Pale, Budweiser Pale, Busch, Landshark, Michelob, Natural Light and Shock Top. The company also produces non-alcoholic beverages such as ale and flavored malt beverages (such as Bacardi Silver family and Tequiza).

Anheuser-Busch operates several products of Anheuser-Busch InBev, including the production, import and sales of three global brands designated by the company, Budweiser, Time Beer and Baker. Its president is Luis Fernando Edmond. In 2011, its revenue was 15.304 billion US dollars and net income was 8.578 billion US dollars.
